Participation and Eligibility:
By participating in the Dollar Eighty Assistant test (“the Test”), you agree to these terms and conditions. The Test is open to individuals who have submitted a completed entry form and have been selected by DE Capital Limited (“the Company”) to participate.
Test Period:
The Test will commence on the specified start date and will run for a duration of 15 consecutive days.
Participant Responsibilities:
Participants agree to provide accurate information and to engage with the Dollar Eighty Assistant feature as instructed by the Company. Participants are responsible for maintaining the security of their Instagram account credentials.
Company Responsibilities and Feedback:
The Company will make reasonable efforts to execute the Dollar Eighty Assistant feature on behalf of the participants. However, the Company does not guarantee specific outcomes or results from the Test. Participants agree to provide feedback to the Company regarding their experience with the Dollar Eighty Assistant feature.
Privacy and Limitation of Liability:
Participant information collected during the Test will be handled in accordance with the Company’s privacy policy. The Company takes all reasonable care in conducting the Test. However, the Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the Test.
Modification or Termination:
The Company reserves the right to modify or terminate the Test at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.
Governing Law:
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand.
Collection and Storage of Instagram Passwords:
Participants acknowledge that in order to execute the Dollar Eighty Assistant feature effectively, the Company may collect and store their Instagram account passwords. The Company will handle this information securely and in accordance with industry best practices for data protection. The Company undertakes to implement appropriate security measures to safeguard the confidentiality and integrity of participant passwords. Participants understand and agree that while the Company takes reasonable precautions to protect this information, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. Participants agree that by providing their Instagram account passwords to the Company, they acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with such transmission and storage. The Company shall not be liable for any unauthorized access to participant accounts arising from factors beyond its reasonable control.
By participating in the Test, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
Use of Instagram Accounts:
Participants acknowledge that the Company will only access their Instagram accounts for the sole purpose of executing the Dollar Eighty Assistant feature, specifically in accordance with the $1.80 strategy. The Company will not access or retrieve any additional data from participants’ Instagram accounts beyond what is necessary to make comments as part of the testing process. Participants agree that the Company will not engage in any other activities or actions using their Instagram accounts without their explicit consent.
